You are welcome to come to Adoration any time the Blessed Sacrament is exposed. You do not have to sign up in order to spend time with our Lord. However, it is our responsibility to make sure that someone is present and praying the entire time the Blessed Sacrament is exposed, so signing up for an hour helps us ensure that Jesus will be cared for during all hours.
