The start of the Catholic Church's liturgical year is the season of Advent, which begins this year on December 1, 2024. This is a season of preparation - of waiting in joyful hope - for the coming of the Lord as the child Jesus. Some highlights of Advent at Our Lady of Grace are the Advent Parish Mission, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the Advent Penance Service. See all Advent opportunities below:
OLG Advent Schedule 2024 (English)The Immaculate Conception of Mary, a Holy Day of Obligation, will take place on December 9, 2024. It falls on a unique day this year because the typical feast day, December 8th, is the Second Sunday of Advent. This means all Catholics are obliged to attend a Sunday Mass and an Immaculate Conception Mass.
You can choose to participate in one Mass from each of the following sets of times at Our Lady of Grace:
Sunday, December 8, 2024
