Updated Pandemic Precautions at Our Lady of Grace

Taking into account the changing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic––and recognizing the increasing comfort level of the majority of our parishioners in this regard––the following  changes to our parish’s pandemic precautions will take effect on the weekend of March 19-20, 2022:

At the Saturday, 5:30pm Vigil Mass:

• All ropes enforcing social distancing will be removed from the church
• Masks will continue to be required in half the church
• Masks will now be optional in the other half of the church
• Priests, Deacons, and EMHCs will continue to wear masks while distributing Holy Communion

At all other Masses:

• A ‘mask required’ section will no longer be maintained
• Masks will be optional throughout the church
• Masks will no longer be utilized during the distribution of Holy Communion

Thank you for your continued charity and restraint, as we approach the end of this long pandemic together and strive to respect the needs and comfort level of our parishioners and offer them the opportunity to encounter Christ at Our Lady of Grace.
